Several new countries have reached agreements in substance

In the days before July 1st a number of countries have reached agreements with the U.S. in substance. Among these are China, Dominican Republic, Greenland,  Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. Of these countries the one with the most impact is China.

Regarding Russia it has been reported in the Moscow Times that President Vladimir Putin has signed a law allowing Russian banks to send information about U.S. tax payers to their native government.

 

Update: July 2nd we can add Algeria, Bahrain, Cabo Verde, Haiti, Iraq, Malaysia, Montenegro, Nicaragua, Serbia and San Marino to this list
